     North Dallas Aviation is a part 135 non-scheduled (on-demand) passenger operation located at the Addison Airport in north Dallas, Texas. We operate King Airs and light, mid, and super mid-size jets. We provide charter travel services to our clients who expect nothing less than perfection in all services we provide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professionally oriented person to work in the office at our Addison location. The applicant must be business oriented and capable of dealing with the public and representing our company.

The applicant must reside within one (1) hour’s travel time to the Addison (KADS) airport in order to be considered for this position.

The applicant must be willing to go beyond their basic job description to ensure the success of any company goals.

The following are the minimum applicant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in travel services, charter aviation or other related aviation businesses are a must

  • Strong application skills with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) including the ability to utilize the Internet and its resources

  • Ability to learn and work in specialized flight scheduling software.  Previous experience or training in Rockwell-Collins FOS preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with the public either in person or via telephone and email.  Strong commitment to uncompromised customer service.  Ability to be gracious, pleasant, service oriented and work in a fast environment.  Ability to easily multi-task.

  • Office management skills (filing and basic accounting) and the ability to work with and assist the other department directors in their objectives are needed

  • Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the schedule may dictate on a rotating basis

Duties for this position include the following:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails and addressing guest service issues

  • Provide timely aircraft availability and accurate quotes

  • Identify and assist in ways to maximize schedule availability and create opportunities for additional revenue, as well as to follow up on quotes

  • Scheduling of aircraft and crew members for all company aircraft movements in compliance with FAR 135 regulations

  • Trip scheduling, procuring payment, customer relations and travel services, including ground transportation, hotels, airlines and catering

  • Manage the complete trip process from the first phone call to post-flight follow-up

  • Maintain Customer/passenger database

  • Arrange for U.S. Customs clearance for all international flights

  • Work with various operators to secure other aircraft options for NDA customers

  • Research lowest fuel price and arrange for fuel release when necessary

  • Coordinate to ensure schedule requirements are met

  • Flight following and dispatch point of contact for crew

  • Must have good problem-solving skills, consistent accuracy and great attention to detail

  • Must be able to work productively, independently and within a team.

  • Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft in our fleet as well as available aircraft in the charter market (i.e. range, capacity, necessary runway length, etc.)

  • Other duties as assigned to conduct business

North Dallas Aviation seeks a full time PIC/SIC for it's ADS and DAL based aircraft. The company has been in business for 19 years and offers a friendly supportive atmosphere. Currently operating Hawkers, Lear Jets, Citation Jets and King Airs. The operations are Part 135 and are a mix of owner and charter operations. The position pays a competitive salary with company paid health insurance and vacation time with included training at CAE. 

The minimum qualifications are below:


  • Type rating in the applicable aircraft

  • 2500 Total Time

  • 500 PIC

  • 500 Turbine

  • Second Class Medical

  • No violations
